Virtus.pro has advance to the Grand Final at ASUS Summer 2009, as they defeated the Pobeda in the upper-bracket final.
The Russians moved to the upper-bracket final by defeating k23 in the semi-final with a 22-18 in the semi-final. Pobeda had defeated Ukrainian team Amazing Gaming in the quarter-final and forZe in the semi-final. Pobeda did however not stand many chances against Virtus.pro, as they learned a 16-4 defeat.
